Mradul earned Master of Business Administration – Agribusiness Management from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and Bachelor of Technology majoring in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK) – Surathkal. Currently, he is working as a Consultant with Accenture Strategy – helping clients, identifying customer needs, developing effective value propositions and creating marketing strategies to designing channel strategies.
Previously, he has worked with ZS Associates, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd, National Thermal and Power Corporation (NTPC) Ltd, and ROS Exports to name a few. He has also worked with Educational Institutions and Startups. Some of them are Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Robosapiens Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Nurture Talent Academy and HeySuccess.
He has been a part of Organizing Committees of several National and International level events such as Samvaad, The Lucknow Conclave, Model Indian Governance, Global Ethics and Values Convention, World Law Dialogue, TEDxNITK, Engineer (Technical Festival of NITK) and Incident (Cultural Festival of NITK).
He has presented papers at various National conferences. His paper titled “Bring Excellency in Education system” won the critically acclaimed award at National conference on “Global Mindset” at SDM PG Centre for Management Studies & Research, Mangalore. His paper titled “Swami Vivekananda – An analysis of contemporary relevance” won the critically acclaimed award, and a case study on “SEWA (Self Employed Women Association)” was selected at the Think India Convention’13 at IIM Ahmedabad.
He is a socially active person and keeps participating in various events for the social causes since his college days. In college, as a member of GENESIS (A social initiative taken by students of NITK which is dedicated to Social Service), he had conducted various campaigns like newspaper collection campaign, Beach & campus cleaning drives, visiting orphanages, teaching & organized various events for underprivileged kids.
